• The annual salary for this position ranges from € 26,000 to € 42,000 (depending on qualifications and professional experience).

Your role
As Project Coordinator, you lead the operational site in Ostrava with full responsibility for organization, performance, quality, and compliance. You are the key link between employees, customers, and management. The role also includes regional business development and customer visits. A structured 2–4 month onboarding in Germany ensures full understanding of our standards, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall operational management of the site within an Automotive environment
• Disciplinary and functional leadership of all employees
• Personnel planning, capacity management, and vacation coordination
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements
• Organization of safety briefings, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
• Responsibility for workplace organization, tools, and equipment
• Execution and documentation of orders, reporting, and performance data
• Approval of time sheets and operational reports
• Implementation of continuous improvement (KVP) measures
• Maintaining and developing customer relationships
• Confident use of SAP for operational workflows
• Business development in the surrounding region

Your Profile

• Completed technical or vocational training
• Several years of experience in Automotive or manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience (team or site management)
• Strong understanding of Automotive processes, quality standards & safety requirements
• Customer-facing experience and service orientation
• Confident handling of technical tools and measurement equipment
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Structured, reliable, solution-oriented mindset
• High level of responsibility, assertiveness, and communication skills
• Fluent in Czech, English, and German (spoken & written)
