Job Description:

The Receptionist welcomes visitors, manages refreshments, and handles parcels.
Responsibilities include overseeing access cards, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating accommodations for staff.

  • Welcoming and introducing visitors, providing refreshments to visitors (coffee, water, ...).
  • Receiving and sending domestic and foreign parcels, registering parcels, distribution to employees.
  • Handling phone calls.
  • Managing company access cards (registration, issuing new ones, blocking, lending).
  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms.
  • Control of meeting rooms - cleaning tables, taking away dishes after a visit, switching off IT equipment.
  • Managing the parking booking system.
  • Internal mail CTP - receipt, registration, distribution and dispatch.
  • Arranging accommodation in contracted hotels, tickets and air tickets for CTP employees.
  • Cooperation with team assistants of other departments.

Working days:

Monday 9.30 – 17.00 and Friday 12.00 – 17.30 (the rest of the days upon agreement)
