For our team in Brno, Vlněna we seek a new colleague to office manager role, who would handle running administrative tasks smoothly.

What would be your tasks:

  • Administrative support to the Head of Urban Projects and his team
  • Preparation of documents for meetings and presentations;
  • Processing of incoming mail - distribution, archiving; processing mail for dispatch;
  • Scheduling agenda, arranging meetings, planning business trips, booking hote/s, restaurants, flíghts, etc.
  • Support in the preparation of indicative offers;
  • Dealing with authorities and government bodies;
  • Entering contacts into ;
  • Managing Office operations, ordering office equipment, refreshment etc.
  • Preparing orders in Axapta, database/CRM software
  • Cooperation and preparation for company/marketing events

What we expect from you:

  • At least 2 years experience on similar role
  • Czech/Slovak native speaker, English on a good level
  • well organized person, able multitask
  • positive attitude and team player
