I will be your first point of contact. I will take you through the hiring process and be informing you about every step of the way. Screening
You will be contacted by Lenka, our Talent Acquisition Advisor. She will call you or schedule a call with you, to make sure expectation on both sides are met.
Interviews and selection
We have usually two rounds of interview. Rarely we need three of them. For some departments, between 1st and 2nd round we will ask you to prepare a business case/study.

Onboarding
Your first day is here. Our Onboarding process will help your learn about the company's culture and prepare you for your employment. It includes a plan of trainings and expectations during your first three months as well as introducing you to the team and tools you will be working with. Also, you will be assigned a buddy, who will help you settle in to your new position and organization, and set you up for long term growth and success.
