🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Trade Marketing Trainee, you’ll become an essential part of the Commercial team, supporting both the Trade Marketing Manager and the Sales Team. Your mission will be to help turn brand strategies into powerful in‑store execution. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing and Sales to develop and activate channel‑specific 4P strategies that bring our brands to life in-store.
- Analyze Market & Brand Performance
- Dive into data to understand how Reckitt and competitor brands perform across pricing, distribution, promotions, shelving and key KPIs.
- Support New Product Launches
- Help shape launch plans for innovations and ensure Sales teams are equipped to execute flawlessly.
- Build Shelving Guidelines & Planograms
- Prepare portfolio shelving recommendations and create customer‑tailored planograms that deliver category growth.
- Monitor KPIs & Execution Quality
- Set performance metrics, track execution with key customers, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create Tailor-Made POS Materials
- Support the development of point-of-sale activations and execution guidance for various sales channels.
